∎ Punctual & Hard Worker
∎ Direct Sales, Corporate Sales, Tele Marketing, & Call Center experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Matrimonial.com.bd is a registered & Bangladesh Government approved matchmaking service provider which operates both online & the traditional way.
∎ Those who have experience working in a Marriage Media or Match-making organization will get the utmost priority.
∎ Office Address: House: 65, Road: 8/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka- 1209.
∎ Morning Shift (7am-2pm)
∎ Day Shift (2:30pm-9:30pm)
∎ Night Shift (10pm-6am)
∎ Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls of potential customers and stakeholders politely and in time with proper etiquette & professional manner.
∎ Maintain Facebook, Youtube, Whatsapp, Tiktok or other digital platforms customers' queries and proper answering.
∎ Prepare customer queries, complaints, or problems; record and forward to the concerned supervisor.
∎ Develop sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Handle all customers' data according to CRM.
∎ Maintain & increase standards of customer service.
∎ Achieving monthly sales TARGET.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.

∎ You can earn as a target bonus more than 10,000/- Tk on top of your salary.
There will be a couple of ways of bonus income.
