Job Responsibilities:
∎ Give and receive customer feedback over phone or Email or other media
∎ Answer Customer queries regarding Services, products or the company.
∎ Clients requirements analysis and keep note
∎ Enter and update client information System
∎ Contact prospecting & existing customers to campaign
∎ Receive and track Customer Customer complain and assign to right person
