Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome customers pleasantly and serve them appropriately.
∎ Plan and manage customer relationship activities and ensure their satisfaction at an optimum level
∎ Generate inbound/outbound calls to provide products and services information to the customers.
∎ Build and maintain profitable and sustainable relationships with key clients.
∎ Keep clients updated on the latest projects in order to increase sales
∎ Record customer details as per management guideline.
∎ Schedule appointments to meet prospective clients.
∎ Contact clients to follow up on initial interaction
∎ Ensure client satisfaction with on time and quality service in a dedicated manner.
∎ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls.
∎ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
∎ Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them.
∎ Complete call logs and reports
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients
∎ Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytical report to the management

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
