Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide customers a warm welcome at Yamaha 3S Center and listen to their problems/complains.
∎ Prepare job cards according to customer's service requirements.
∎ Ensure regular communication and follow up with customers.
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback to ensure better service.
∎ Monitor service bookings in the online reservation system and communicate with customers.
∎ Provide active support in different service campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ High social and communication skills.
∎ Active listening skills, adaptability, open-mindedness and patience.
∎ Intention to build career in customer support.
