Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction to be no. 1.
∎ To ensure smooth operation for better service.
∎ Utilization and management of service information materials tools.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries & complaints instantly.
∎ Collect customer's feedback.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Provide excellent service and satisfactory information to the customer
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Make Report to Supervisor.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The age limit will be considered for experience and a suitable candidate.
∎ The only male is allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
∎ Problem analysis and problem-solving ability.
∎ Data collection and ordering capability.
∎ Able to work with stress for long hours.
