Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensuring instant customer satisfaction;
∎ Respond to customer inquiries
∎ Receiving customer complaints and inputting those in the system for necessary measures and providing them information about the resolution of the same
∎ Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems
∎ Provide general information
∎ Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization·
∎ Working experience in call center will be considered as an added advantage.·
∎ Find out what the customer needs, clarify the issue, and provide solutions.
∎ Knowledge of maintaining phone etiquette’s and ensuring customer satisfaction
∎ Ability to enhance customer experience
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ Time management and multitasking abilities
