∎ Diploma on Computer Science will be preferable

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make Inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Managing survey calls and customer service inquiries.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
∎ Excellent communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have clear spoken ability in English and Bangla.
∎ Have excellent interpersonal and listening skills
∎ Be confident and able to approach people.
∎ Must have good knowledge about IT.
∎ Must have PC/Laptop, Broadband internet connection and headphone.
