Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Good command in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To join the team as a professional Customer Care Representative, dealing with customers over the phone
∎ Monitor the orders which are received in our e-Commerce portal
∎ In bound customers support for customer query and product and service information
∎ Outbound customers support for customer Order, Delivery and complain issue as well as telemarketing
∎ Check the POP Up notification e-Mail
∎ Check & Monitor Order status. Check with Vendor whether the order is processing within the lead time and processed notification send to the vendor to take immediate actions
∎ Maintains quality service by following organizations standard
∎ Communicate to the Shipper along with the Pick Up and Delivery location details of customer through e-mail
∎ Send a Delivery and thanks note to Customer
∎ Keep a track of that refund/return issues with Vendor

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
