Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ - training in relation to customer care / making calls / general BPO work
∎ North South University,East West University,American International University Bangladesh,Bangladesh University of Business and Technology,United International University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Customer Support/ Client Service, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ - taking inbound and making outbound calls
∎ - updating data on backend servers in relation to those calls
∎ - talking to clients on calls with decorum and politeness
∎ - providing information to clients as per training
∎ - other general BPO related work (data entry, virtual assistance, social media marketing, graphics design etc)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ - Experience in working at Genex Infosys and Fifotech will be given priority
∎ - Skill in spoken English will be given priority
∎ - Skilled in some form of computer work, such as website development, graphics design etc. will also be given priority
∎ (NB: we are not expecting a candidate to have all these skills, but the more skills you have, the more favourably you will be looked upon when considering salary)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 9000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Base salary will begin from 9,000/-. This will increase with each added skill / experience that the candidate can show, up to a maximum of 15,000/-. This does not include bonuses, which can be earned separately based on performance.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Provident fund, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
