∎ Skills Required: Call Center Agent, call centre executive, Customer Care, customer care Representative, Customer Support/ Client Service
Experience Requirements:
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ taking inbound and making outbound calls
∎ updating data on backend servers in relation to those calls
∎ talking to clients on calls with decorum and politeness
∎ providing information to clients as per training
∎ other general BPO related work (data entry, virtual assistance, social media marketing, graphics design etc)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ - Skill in Spoken English will be given priority
∎ - Experience at working in call centres will be given priority.
∎ - Candidates must be able to converse professionally and by following guidelines.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ Base salary will begin from 10,000/-. Experienced candidates can earn up to 14,000/- This does not include bonuses, which can be earned separately based on performance.
- Candidates that can show fluency in spoken English will be considered.
