Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer's FB messages
∎ Provide product and service information to customers
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Management and resolve customer complaints
∎ Maintain systemic filling of all documents.
∎ Assist other Departments.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary BDT 10,000 and Commission as per company policy.
