Responsibilities & Context: Company: Slow Resorts Ltd. Location: Munshiganj Salary: BDT 18,000- 20,000 per month Benefits: Accommodation & meals provided during duty days Job Responsibilities Greet, assist, and manage guests at the resort reception Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and social media queries professionally Provide accurate information regarding resort packages, room availability, pricing, and services Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth guest service Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously Maintain front desk records, booking logs, and guest details Ensure a welcoming, organized, and professional front desk environment Requirements Full fluency in Bangla and English (spoken and written) Prior experience in customer service, hotel reception, or hospitality preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and professional attitude Basic computer skills (email, Excel, WhatsApp, etc.) Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive salary - BDT 18,000-20000 /month Accommodation and food allowance provided Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry
