Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Support through Phone, Telemarketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about product or service.
∎ CSR needs to make outbound calls to potential customer to sell our product or services.
∎ Address any questions or issues of potential customers.
∎ Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.
∎ Keep an updated customer database.
∎ Always strive towards meeting sales target.
∎ Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Track and document calls and sales.
∎ Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or social media's.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the resolution of the same.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have good English & Bangla efficiency.
∎ Ability to use MS office and CRM.
∎ Have mindset to work in target oriented process.
∎ Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role.
∎ Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Attendance Bonus.
∎ Breakfast, lunch and snacks provided by company.
∎ Company will provide accommodation facility if needed.
