Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
∎ Learn details about our product and service offerings
∎ Address any questions or issues customers may have
∎ Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
∎ Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
∎ Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
∎ Keep an updated customer database
∎ Measure identified KPIs
∎ Always strive towards meeting sales quota
∎ Track and document calls and sales
∎ Update client records
∎ Prepare and present achievements and KIPs
∎ Answer questions about super hostel products
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
∎ Inbound customer support
∎ Outbound telemarketing calls.
∎ Giving accurate feedback of queries over phone or social media' s.
∎ Enter and update client information in the database.
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's image.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using to facilitate future sales.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Applicants must have good English & Bangla efficiency.
∎ Ability to use MS office and CRM.
∎ Have mindset to work in target oriented process.
∎ Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
∎ Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Salary:
∎ 15000 Monthly Commission will be provided as per policy.
