∎ Should have good command over written and verbal English
∎ Must have interest to work in the commercial department in the polymer sector for the long term and ready to sign for contract of over two year’s terms

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide Proforma Invoice to respective/selective customers by E-mail & collect Signed PI.
∎ Get draft L/C copy for checking and ensure compliance to beneficiary’s requirement. Ensure transmitted L/C is clean. Detailed L/C terms and conditions to be reviewed for each beneficiary
∎ Maintain good rapport with customer PIC and also his Bank L/C department
∎ Maintain communication with head office for all kinds of Logistics support for both of our local customers and overseas suppliers.
∎ Collect Shipment Pre-Alert and Shipment Schedule from our Supplier through Head Office as per customer request (urgent or delay shipment requirement) and inform the customer accordingly.
∎ Collect & update all customers data base.
∎ Maintaining order book file online (ERP) & also Excel File
∎ Sending Weekly Report updating the status of pending LC & amendments to the head office.

∎ Currently we have a vacancy in Logistics/Commercial Department for the post ‘Customer Service Representative’ and are inviting applications from candidates interested in working in the polymer sector for the long term.
∎ Summary of role:
