Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcoming clients and communicate with them in an effective manners
∎ Understanding customer's need clearly & completely and provides information on our product feature, benefit, and application in details
∎ Attending client's requirements, concern and make sure that they are appropriately perused
∎ Effectively motivating the customers for using our product & service
∎ Handling customer complaints and deal this professionally
∎ Attend all incoming call of the customer in a positive tone and manner and pursue them to visit us in person
∎ Conducting routine tasks assigned by the management and providing feedback to the management as per company requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Presentable, Elegant, Lively, Pleasant personality
∎ Excellent in customer handling with direct customer service or over phone service
∎ Having beauty salon customer management experience will be given preference
∎ Ability to work under pressure and extended hour
∎ Self driven ,Energetic and organized
∎ Disciplined and Proactive
∎ Good interpersonal skill (Team Player, Sympathetic , Good Listener, Appreciative , Positive Attitude, Polite) and communication skill
∎ Decision making & Complaint handling ability
∎ Must be good in computer literacy.
