Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet all guests with appropriate manner with courtesy, empathy and arrange pre consultation requirements as necessary
∎ Arrange consultation and follow-up sessions for outpatients by ensuring effective and smooth coordination with the consultants
∎ Maintain accurate records & documents about all clients, service activities and discussions
∎ Provide information on the relevant consultant's profile, visiting hours, fees and assist patients in terms of preparation for clinical tests, investigation, procedure, admission
∎ Help patient's guardians during admission & maintain the patient register book
∎ Update respective consultant regarding patients' status as & when required
∎ Check patients in and out
∎ Promote Beacon Point services by providing leaflets/brochures to potential clients
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 years of experience in a reputed hospital, diagnostic center, rehab and customer support center
∎ Pleasant, smiling, and posh personality
∎ Good listening skills with empathy
∎ Good command of MS word, Excel, and PowerPoint
