∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome customers and develop highly professional client service relationships amongst customer base;
∎ Provide service as per customer needs through proper coordination with all sections;
∎ Answer phone call with adequate manner;
∎ Respond to all inquiries and requests for information from prospective clients on all products/services;
∎ Work as a Team Player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments;
∎ Help with security information for newly enroll customers;
∎ Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth;
∎ Handling customer queries;
∎ Resolving Problem related to clients appointment through linkage with concern section/department;
∎ Check payment status of customer regarding service;
∎ Co-ordination with the various Depts. for solving patients problems, report status etc;
∎ Accepting request for add-on & cancellation of appointment;
∎ Ability to self-start; perform under pressure and meet deadlines; adapt to changes; and work as part of a team;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by authority.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
