Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Providing information to the customer about technician arrival for complain call or new machine installation through SMS/Mail/Phone in advance so customer is updated.
∎ Monitoring and tracking technicians about their whereabouts and work in progress so that timeline given is maintained.
∎ Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
∎ Prepare products or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ Providing customer service as per customer requirement to maintain the goodwill of the company.
∎ Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
