Job Context:
∎ Candidates must be okay working night shift.
∎ Candidates must have mindset to be employed for long term (at least for 10 to 15 Months)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to write and speak in English
∎ Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction
∎ Respond to customer enquiries
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures and provide them information about the resolution of the same.
∎ Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
∎ Provide general information about the company to the clients.
∎ Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 37 years
∎ Go 'extra mile' to achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales
∎ Closing sales and leading customer through the purchasing process.
∎ Keeping records of all customer conversations on the company database.
