Job Context:
∎ Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)
∎ Morning Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM) Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Team player
∎ Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Must be fluent both in Bangla & English
