∎ Working Time: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (Weekly 6 Days)
∎ Morning Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) Evening (3:00 PM -11:00 PM) Night Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Description:
∎ - Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
∎ - Responding promptly to customer inquiries
∎ - Communicating with customers through various channels
∎ - Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
∎ - Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ - Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
∎ Educational Requirements:
∎ - Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university
∎ Job Requirements:
∎ - Good communication skill
∎ - Team player
∎ - Sound knowledge over MS Word & MS Excel
∎ - Ability to work under pressure
∎ - Must be fluent both in Bangla & English

∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
