Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate internal resources for execution of projects;
∎ Monitor and reporting progress between customers and the operation team;
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation;
∎ Manage the relationship with the team and customers;
∎ Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
∎ Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered;
∎ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
∎ Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals;
∎ Contribute to building a positive team spirit;
∎ Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times;
∎ Perform other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ At least one to two years of experience in Semiconductor industry
∎ Detail-oriented;
∎ Must have a team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership;
∎ Dependable;
∎ Good communicator;
∎ Get things done;
∎ Willingness to learn;
∎ Positive Attitude.
