Job Context:
∎ The Divine Mercy Hospital, a Concern of The Christian Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. Dhaka, is looking for self-driven, young and energetic candidates for the positions.
∎ Job Location: Mothbari, PO: Ulukhola, Union: Nagori Dist.: Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
∎ Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.
∎ Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
∎ Developing customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
∎ Implementing an effective customer loyalty program.
∎ Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.
∎ Ensure each and every patient/relative/visitor is received properly at the lobby as they enter the hospital.
∎ Monitor & verify each person entering the hospital. Ensure those seated are enquired about the reason of their waiting.
∎ All visitors are respectfully controlled according to visiting hour policy.
∎ Assessing service statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
∎ Hiring and training new customer service officer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
∎ Good communication skills and supervising skills
∎ Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
