Responsibilities & Context:

✔ Respond to customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Email

✔ Provide accurate information about shipping, sourcing, and logistics services

✔ Assist customers with shipment tracking and status updates

✔ Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally

✔ Maintain customer records and update information in the system

✔ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality

✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

✔ Build and maintain positive relationships with customers

✔ Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary

✔ Support daily customer service and administrative activities as assigned
