ISP, Telecommunication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large number of incoming queries and handle customer’s inquiries via phone, email, social media and walk in customers
∎ Greet customers enthusiastically and ascertain problems or reasons for communicating distinctly
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction, providing appropriate solution and alternatives within the stipulated time and follow up to ensure resolution
∎ Strong coordination with other departments within the business to assure excellent service quality
∎ Maintain trouble ticketing status and follow up
∎ Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone
∎ Configure Wireless routers, Check OLT, ONU Status and Mikrotik Status. (Training will be provided by the company)
∎ If needed will take remote access from the customer and resolve the problem within the stipulated time
∎ Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly service-related report
∎ Handle social media queries
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Customer Support and Call Centre
∎ Good command in English & Bangla; both spoken and written
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic and dependable team player
