Job Context:
∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover.
∎ Oriental Group is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive person who has at least one year experience (Sales & Marketing Department) in Real Estate or Housing Industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with customers in a regular basis.
∎ Attend clients physically & over phone calls.
∎ Handle & Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently to build long term customer relationship.
∎ Maintain and update customer’s database in a regular basis.
∎ Response to customer inquiry in our social media platform.
∎ To maintain proper documentation and Keep records of all conversation in the database.
∎ Prepare monthly report as per requirement.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Any other task assigned by the superior/management as and when required.
