∎ Customer Relationship Management
∎ Receive and initiate Customer Call
∎ Check and Answer Facebook and WhatsApp Messages
∎ Capture customer orders and register those in Odoo ERP
∎ Coordinate with Delivery Team to ensure successful delivery
∎ Customer Complain Management
∎ Follow-up with back-office and farm management for slaughtering and delivery schedule
∎ Stock Report Management
∎ Customer Relationship Management
∎ Receive and initiate Customer Call
