Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer queries (Phone, Inbox, WhatsApp)
∎ Assist the customer to find out the most relevant products based on their requirement.
∎ Offer personalized recommendations based on the customer's preferences and budget.
∎ Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote products.
∎ Receive order, Create invoice and request pickup forward order to the delivery team
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
