∎ 1–2 years of experience in travel consultancy, customer service, or a related field (Freshers also can apply)

∎ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
∎ Proficiency in using computers, booking software, and online travel platforms
∎ Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable trips
∎ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist clients in planning domestic and international travel itineraries based on their needs and preferences
∎ Provide accurate and up-to-date information on travel destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation
∎ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
∎ Process bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services
∎ Maintain strong relationships with clients through timely follow-ups and support
∎ Manage and resolve any travel-related issues or changes as they arise
∎ Keep up with trends in the travel industry and recommend new destinations and experiences
∎ Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
