Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling customer queries & complaints instantly from social media.
∎ Receive & make the call to customers.
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Make the report to Supervisor.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Managing Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Any other task assigned by the authorities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The ability to work in a team as well as individually.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)
