Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential customers for customer acquisition.
∎ Make outbound calls to current customers for Quality of Service and Feedback.
∎ Share information about company/product by following scripts
∎ Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
∎ Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
∎ Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting by excel for every calls.
∎ Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
∎ Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Outgoing and energetic attitude.
∎ Multi-tasking ability.
∎ Ability to Handle rejection.
∎ Knowledge of telesales Etiquette.
∎ Persuasive and goal-oriented.
∎ Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
∎ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet competing deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
