∎ Diploma or B.sc Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical or RAC/ Power from any reputed educational institute.

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka
∎ Joining Date: 1st December, 2021

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To attend inbound & outbound calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.
∎ Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments.
∎ Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer's requests are attended to accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates experienced with Customer Service or Telesales management shall be given preference.
∎ As an Executive, Sales & Project Monitor, you'll need to:
∎ Make Inbound and outbound call to potential and existing clients to persuade them about company products and services.
∎ Generate promising leads for the Sales team to pursue.
∎ Manage client's accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
∎ Develop and sustaining solid relationships with client to encourage repeat business.
∎ Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers need and preferences.
∎ Attend the service call and engage / inform the relevant team. Track and update status. Get the final review of customer.
∎ An ideal candidate should have:
∎ Proven experience of working as a telesales executive.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
∎ The ability to follow scripts.
∎ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
∎ Effective communication skills.
∎ Exceptional customer service skills.
∎ Knowledge & Experience of the following: FB & LinkedIn, Tele-marketing, Customer Query Management, CRM software.
∎ Personal Traits: Honest & polite, Patient, Self Driven, Responsible, Punctual, technical enthusiast, self learner.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Including All
