∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

∎ ·  Engage with customers via phone calls and live chat in a courteous and professional manner.
∎ ·  Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses.
∎ · Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
∎ · Assist customers in navigating our products, services, and platforms effectively.
∎ ·  Provide guidance and assistance with account-related queries, order status, and technical support.
∎ ·  Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
∎ ·  Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
∎ ·  Uphold company values and customer service standards in every interaction.
