Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Account Management, Communication and Coordination between Customer Sales Team, Production Planning and Production.
∎ Customer Order Processing (Sample and Bulk), Order Follow up and Feedback.
∎ Mediating customer complaints involving all concerns.
∎ Supporting Sales/Marketing team with required reporting.
∎ Providing Support Achieving sales targets.
∎ Preparation and Management of all required deemed export documentation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be 2/3 year experienced in managing deemed export customer, sewing thread/accessories experience will be given preference.
∎ Must have knowledge of deemed export documentation process.
∎ Excellent communication skill is a must.
∎ Proficient in computer operation especially MS Power Point, MS Excel and MS Word; Working experience in SAP/Oracle ERP will be preferred.
∎ Experience in 100% export-oriented accessories company.

Salary: Negotiable
