∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Basic Computer Operating Skill, Good communication skills, Microsoft Excel, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Problem Solving Skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make calls to the users
∎ Capable to handle inbound/outbound calls
∎ Capable to handle users' queries/complain instantly. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing users, retaining new users
∎ Respond to users inquiries in a timely manner and update information with notes for each user

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Performance bonus, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
