∎ Must be Graduated from any reputed University/ Institutions.
∎ To perform all front desk activities on a daily basis and maintain quality customer service.
∎ To follow up day to day RSP services and find out the Risk in terms of quality assurance.
∎ To produce feedback to customer Complains of a priority basis and handle critical customers.
∎ To meet the compliance of sales procedures.
∎ To prepare the daily operational Reports from system and manual for supervisor as per management required.
∎ To upsell and cross-sell as per target.
∎ To maintain inventory individual level and WIC level.
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Good listening skill and analytical skill.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
∎ Willingness to work in Any where in Dhaka City.
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
