∎ Respond incoming emails from (USA/International) customers, inquiries and questions, complaints handling and provide information properly.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers appropriately.
∎ Ensure customers satisfaction.
∎ Make report to top management.
∎ Having well manner and good behavior.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Must Be Excellent Writing in English.
∎ Good in English typing speed.
∎ Computer & internet Browsing skilled
∎ English medium learners will get preference.

Salary:
