Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide superior customer service to our customers and continuously strive to improve the level of service delivery.
∎ Respond to all Social Media queries and comments very promptly.
∎ Ensure superior service level to all customers by effectively understanding the customer's need/query, resolving complaints, providing relevant product information and responding to it in a professional and timely manner.
∎ Conducting product promotion to existing & potential customers over the phone.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of complaint/request record.
∎ Building customer loyalty through follow-up over calls.
∎ Familiar with computer usage, smartphones, and company software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills and has the following:
∎ Has interests in recent technology, basically tech-savvy
∎ Fluency in English & Bengali, reading/writing/speaking
∎ Strong leadership quality and ability to work under pressure
∎ Very flexible and can adapt to any changes

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
