∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools
∎ Patience and a positive attitude while handling customer queries.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, or in-person communication.
∎ Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to TV products.
∎ Manage and resolve warranty claims, repairs, and replacements promptly.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service processes.
∎ Coordinate with service centers and the technical team to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
∎ Inform customers about product features, warranties, and after-sales services.
∎ Assist in the implementation of customer satisfaction surveys and reporting insights to management.
∎ Educate customers on using the company’s products effectively and safely.
∎ Develop a solid understanding of company policies and escalate complex issues to higher management.
∎ Support the sales and marketing teams by addressing pre- and post-sale inquiries.
