∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
∎ Familiarity with CRM software and office systems is a plus.
∎ Knowledge of the real estate industry and property transactions is an advantage.

∎ Need Knowledge about customer services department at reputed Real Estate or Multinational Company. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, properties, and company services.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Record and update client information in the CRM system accurately.
∎ Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer service efforts with company objectives.
∎ Manage critical clients and problem-solving ability.
∎ Able to work under presser and multitask work knowedge.
