Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience.
∎ Dealing with Customers' queries and complaints.
∎ Quick respond to Clients' queries and complaints' through phone, email & social media.
∎ Comply telephone etiquette with clear voice.
∎ Have to give proper service our lock customer.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in Both English and Bangla.
∎ Must be smart and well dress up.
∎ Skilled in MS Office (MS Word & MS Excel) and Internet Browsing.
∎ Basic computer skill.
∎ Facebook page management skill.
∎ Should follow the office timing, rules and other terms as per company policy.
∎ Should be honest and ethical.
