Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English in appropriate accent according to organizational requirements.
∎ Make outbound and follow-up calls to ensure proper documentation of customer feedback.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, complaints and feedback.
∎ Receive and input customer complaints to the system for resolution.
∎ Cater to customers with care, honesty and responsibility.
∎ Cater to critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
