Job Context:
∎ BYSL Global Technology Group is looking for confident young Customer Service Associates to provide the highest level of quality service to customers,who will be able to handle inbound-outbound calls, social media queries, and provide outstanding customer service with strong communication skill and proficiency in both English and Bangla languages.
∎ Employment Status:
∎ The recruitment will be made on a short-term contractual service agreement basis for 4 months which is a renewable and permanent opportunity depending on the performance.
∎ Work from the office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer queries, complaints or requests from existing and potential customers through calls and social media in both Bengali and English languages
∎ Handle online sales and follow up until delivery
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to build long-term customer relationships
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons using internal system for further investigation
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and an enjoyable experience in a professional manner
∎ Other related tasks assigned by the management
∎ Report time to time to concerned person for complicated issues

∎ Age: N/A
∎ Minimum one-year job experience in call center or relevant field
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Good English and computer skills are required
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients
∎ Willingness to work on Fridays and other government holidays or extra hours when required
