∎ Graduate any reputed institute with a good academic track record.
∎ Educational qualifications may be relaxed in the case of experienced candidates.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering queries, complaints. Or requests from existing and potential customers through calls and social media.
∎ Handle online sales and follow up until delivered.
∎ Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions to build long-term customer relationships.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons through the internal system for further investigation.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and an enjoyable experience in a professional manner.
∎ Other related tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Good at English and computer skills are required.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
∎ Willingness to work on Friday, government holidays and extra hours when required.
