∎ Creating and Managing Customer Database
∎ Import and Export Shipment Documentation
∎ Processing Internal Communications
∎ Maintaining Communication with Several Internal Stakeholders
∎ Recording and updating all shipping details
∎ Supporting Coordination amongst all departments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluent English Speaking & Writing Ability
∎ Strong Competence in Microsoft Word and Excel
∎ Ability to Work Independently
∎ Freshers with the high academic background will have preference
