Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation /Masters from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships
∎ Manage and train resources to ensure quality and consistency of service to customers
∎ Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers
∎ Develop and update client related reports
∎ Close supervise and follow-up of monthly credit installment as per customer file
∎ Achieving the monthly collection target to liaison with concerned Customer
∎ Should be able to good communicating Skill specially to handle the overdue Customer
∎ Maintaining customer complaints on Excel Sheet and accordingly to notify the concerned authority and solve the problem on priority basis
∎ Record maintain & reporting
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Smart, proactive, trustworthy and result oriented
∎ Ability to negotiate and convince customers positively
∎ Excellent communication skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar with MS-Office
