Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processing orders & forms
∎ Organizing workflow to meet customer time frames
∎ Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
∎ Keep records of customer interaction and transaction
∎ Record details of inquiries,comments & complaints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ English Language proficiency
∎ Having willingness to work in team
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Transport will be provided by company.
