∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage placement of the order.
∎ To communicate with customer's, confirmation of the order.
∎ To support the customer regarding order & payment related issue.
∎ To communicate with Walton Plaza, Distributor & Outside seller for bridging with customers.
∎ To take follow up after product delivery.
∎ To receive and manage inbound & outbound calls.
∎ To take action as per the customer requirements.
∎ To communicate with business development department & other teams.
∎ To maintain web portal system, social group and others page's review.
∎ To drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
∎ To collaborate with Production/R&D/IT/Operations to deal with critical customer queries.
∎ To reply on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website live & other social media message.
∎ To communicate with the customers and fulfill the customer requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge about how to manage the customer service.
∎ Work experience on customer service will get preference.
∎ Must have good command on spoken both English & Bengali.
∎ Should have mentality to work on Friday or Government Holidays.
∎ Excellent analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should have good knowledge on computer, especially MS Office and different types of software base work.
