∎ Answer clients phone call Provide status of courier delivery to clients Provide status of courier shipment to overseas agents. Respond to customers for problematic delivery.
∎ Contact customers over the phone or by visiting customers office to get customers feedback and offer new rate depending on customer’s expectation.
∎ Read and reply email to overseas office
